WHO THIS IS FOR

This work is for you if you are:

  • Currently on GLP-1s and noticing shifts in how you relate to food, your body or yourself

  • Transitioning off and feeling anxious about what comes next

  • Somewhere in between, knowing something feels off but not sure what to do with that

You don't need to have it figured out to reach out.

WHAT I OFFER

I work with people navigating the part of the GLP-1 journey that no prescription covers, because the medication changes the weight, not the feelings underneath it.

This isn't diet coaching. It's not about what you eat or how much you move. It's about the harder, quieter stuff: who you are in this body, what food means to you now, and how to feel at home in yourself again.

Working with me means:

  • Making sense of eating again when appetite, hunger and cravings have changed and food no longer feels straightforward

  • Working through the feelings you didn't expect including grief, shame, identity shifts and quiet disappointment

  • Rebuilding a sense of self that doesn't depend on the number on the scale

  • Preparing for what's next so that if and when medication changes, you have a relationship with food and your body that holds

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are one to one, held online, and tailored entirely to where you are right now. There is no fixed programme or prescribed path. We work at your pace, on what matters most to you.

A typical journey looks something like this:

First session: We talk about where you are, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping to feel different. No agenda, no pressure.

Ongoing sessions: We work through the patterns, beliefs and feelings that are getting in the way of you feeling at home in your body and your relationship with food.

As things shift: Sessions may become less frequent as you build confidence and the work starts to feel more like your own.

Most clients work with me for between 8 and 16 sessions, though this varies. You are never locked in.
